Scientific Interests :  I'm working on "strategies for selection of algorithms stochastic simulation from measurements of generalized divergence and positive matrix factorization" under the supervision of P. NGOM  (University Cheikh Anta Diop, Dakar) and O. FRANÇOIS (University Joseph Fourier, France).
In many application areas (population genetics, biology, agronomy, ...) description data associated with spatial correlations is a crucial problem. The method often used is based on statistical models that estimate the parameters based on stochastic simulation algorithms whose performance can be expensive in computation time .. Choosing the best algorithm then remains a major challenge. My objective is to propose stochastic algorithms and methods for model selection (D. Chauveau, P. Vandekerkhove, 2008).
